      Pros

      Superiors are amazing to work with. Everyone there is always helpful and have never had a bad experience with any coworkers Hours are really nice Lot of room for advancement

      Cons

      Not a lot of PTO starting out Very strict on attendance

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
