      Pros

      Busy during the pandemic so there weren’t job losses

      Cons

      Been working at Greenheck for 3 years now. Many engineers left in my area and were not replaced. I took on extra responsibilities as well as a coop and still haven’t gotten a promotion. Ive even been ranked 4/5 every year but still don’t feel like I get any recognition for my hard work from upper management.

      Large campus with great buildings and all employees are friendly!

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
