Pros
There are a lot of nice employees, and we all support each other on a daily basis. 401K is average. You put in 6% they match you 50% up to 3% and then 100% for the next 3%. Which means if you put in 6% they will match it 4 1/2 dollar per dollar. Work hours are good. Start at 6AM and get off at 2:00PM.
Cons
Health Insurance is not good compared to other companies I have worked at. They are doing away with traditional Insurance & replacing it with HSA Health Savings Account. You have to earn what is called PTO time which is 56 hours per year versus 80 hours of vacation with most other companies. If you are out a day they automatically take 8 hours of your PTO time from you. Be aware that there are only two 15 minuet breaks. There are no paid sick days. The average raise has been between 0.10 and 0.15 per hour each year.
