      Pros

      Pay is pretty decent now since the new Union contract.

      Cons

      Management is very poor and they don’t treat the female shop employees well.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
