Pros
Its a 8 hour shift. Mildly hard work.
Cons
Poor pay, Poor PTO, Poor insurance. Yearly raise is poor. After you get hired there is really no way to move up or try to better yourself in the company. There are very few that have, but most ppl are hired outside the company instead of within.
