Pros
Competitive wages comparable to market averages, plenty of opportunities to move up, company events for entire family, generous paid time off and 401K match. Insurance coverage and resource availability to help with everyday life is excellent.
Cons
If your spouse is offered medical insurance, they can only be added to your policy if you pay a hefty premium. So the most sensible option is to have two separate insurance policies.
