      Made huge strides with communication, focused on staying employer of choice. Competitive within market, leading the HVAC market. Privately held company that has a long-term plan to stay that way.

      Cons

      Growing fast comes with some growing pains, but it's an exciting time to be part of the team.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
