      Amazing people, rewarding jobs, many opportunities for training and growth, company is expanding and recently celebrated 75 years, great work/life balance

      Cons

      With any successful, growing company, there are growing pains. Leadership is careful and thorough with all decisions, sometimes causing slow implementation of new processes.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
