      great pay, benefits, people. It's a nice central location for anyone who lives in Marathon County and surrounding areas.

      Cons

      Not as inclusive as advertised. Hard to advance without a college degree.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
