      Family owned business that is ran by professionals. Lots of grow potential. Many new initiatives and opportunities.

      Cons

      Business units each have their own style and are not consistent. However, you can move between BUs which gives options.

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
