      Seniority based shop floor vacation scheduling makes getting vacation during the summer difficult

      Pros

      Benefits aren’t bad and some of the people can be pleasant.

      Cons

      If you are outside production, then never expect a raise of more than 3-5% annually, but they expect you to do the job of 4 people.
