      friendly coworkers and fun incentives

      Sales is dishonest, Customer service is outsourced and overworked, workload is spread very unevenly, AI replacing human workers. Bad upper management who allows sales to walk all over everyone including customers.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
