      Pros

      Great pay, trustworthy, driven, they do what needs to be done whether it's convenient or not. They have a ton of room for growth and it's already pretty good.

      Cons

      Incentives aren't as large as other companies yet but that will come when it's larger. The way they are paying the reps could be explained more in depth.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
