Pros
I️ have been treated very fairly and love the people I️ work with and the ownership. It is a hard job but they do all they can to make sure every employee feels cared for.
Cons
Sales is a hard job but with the hard comes the reward. It’s funny that a few of technicians that have written on here complained about not making as much as the sales guys but the reality is that like most companies, the sales force works on commission and has a much more difficult job. I’m sure management would be more than happy to have the technicians try selling if they felt up to it.
