Almost decent wage, upfront commission, no prior experience necessary

Cleaning up amateur coworkers mistakes, OSHA violations, legal loopholes, pesticide application laws not followed, jobs per hour requirements for bonus, long work days, and backend commissions are not awarded after you stop working there, which is definitely illegal. I'm owed about $2k in backend commission, and they told me they don't have to pay me for it, so I am taking them to the labor and wages department in my state. Also if you have a beard, the CEO is mormon and shaving is part of uniform, so wave goodbye to it.
