      Unlimited upside potential commission on sales

      Very little upfront pay, management does not care about their reps, backend pay is much less than what was promised, Greenix claims higher attrition than reality, no way to access the status of past sales after the summer ends, higher charges for rent and incentives than promised.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
