      Pros

      The people and management are amazing! I love the managements drive to help the salesman succeed and give us the proper resources we need.

      Cons

      They have cut down on a lot of the incentives like Monday lunch, Wednesday lunch, and I’m not really sure why as I keep hearing we are more profitable and making more money so I would think we could get a pay increase or more incentives!

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
