      Pros

      Best management I’ve ever had throughout the various jobs. It’s personal and one on one. Any questions I’ve had for running a sales team, the Harts have been the best at helping me grow and resolve any concerns I’ve had. Mark Smith has been phenomenal and made time even for someone like me. Also Greenix has the best operations for the service that I’ve been able to offer customers.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
