      Pros

      Greenix has taught me so much. How to communicate with not just customers but everyone around me. How to not just be a boss but a true leader. Overall I have matured in my time here.

      Cons

      Each week there is a new fire…. That’s out of your control…. That you’re expected to put out. And the higher management says it’s totally possible to put a square block in a circle hole.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
