      Accommodating with time. Unlimited PTO if salary. Lots of retention incentives.

      Cons

      Management is full of lazy wimps. Won’t change because change is too hard. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it mentality that prioritizes saving money over anything else.

      There are no pros for the company.

      Cons

      They lie about everything. They explicitly stated there are no quotas, then turn around 3 weeks into the show say there are quotas. They promise $1,000 a week to show up and then say it is only if you meet those figures. They had the salesman going into explicitly No Solicitation zones without any permits, giving us the full legal liability. They promised us 2 bedrooms for every 4 people, then crammed people like cattle into 1 bedroom apartments for every 4 people.
