We're pleased to hear that you appreciate the variety of work, strong teamwork, and employee ownership we foster. We want to clarify that the statement regarding benefits being "cut back" isn't accurate. In 2025, there will be a slight adjustment—specifically, a small reduction in PTO for employees with five to 20 years of service and a 2% adjustment to the 401(k) match. Even with these changes, our 401(k) match will still be 4%, which is above the industry average, and we continue to offer an ESOP that provides an excellent retirement benefit at no cost to employees. As a 20-year employee, there will be no change to your PTO. The comment about taking a "huge cut" does not reflect the adjustments made. We carefully considered these updates to ensure our benefits package remains competitive while supporting the long-term goals of both the company and our employees.
