Pros
- Laid back office - Family is nice - Relatively positive atmosphere and friendly people - Many interesting problems you'll get to solve yourself and in your own way
Cons
- Benefits are extremely poor - Pay is poor for what's expected (compared to other companies) - IT is understaffed, underequipped, and poorly managed (if at all) from the upper end - No opportunities for advancement unless you take on more work with very little added compensation - "Employee Reviews" either never happen or are laughable - High likelihood of burnout and little to no recognition of hard work
