Pros
Gregg Young is one of the better companies I have worked for. It is the definition of work hard play hard. The work load can be a lot, but at the same extent the training, and the individuals you work alongside make it extremely manageable. The thing that caught me off guard the most is how management is always open to ideas. They are open to the idea that there is always room for change and improvement, and they embrace thinking outside the box and coming up with more efficient ways to accomplish fantastic work. I learned more here in my first 3 months than I believe I have at any other job. It is an extremely fast paced environment, but it is still fun, friendly, and rewarding. Not to mention- Gregg Young is not just a name, he is the man who runs the show but he runs it properly "you work WITH Gregg, not FOR Gregg" is the best way that it can be described. Upper management I feel at most other companies are seen as somewhat intimidating, but Management at GY is surprisingly approachable and easy to engage with.
Cons
You have to have thick skin, things can get stressful and realistically there is not much in regards to a margin of error. Consistency is key, if you can manage that then everything else will fall into place after it.
