      Pros

      Very good range of benefits. Medical, dental, and vision coverage was very good. 401K, they provided 3% of salary plus matched your savings for another 3% of your salary. They also had a good bonus structure based on your position. Vacation time is also based on position.

      Cons

      Salaried employees had a much better vacation package than hourly.

      I really appreciated the employee stock purchase program. The team was also very nice.

      Cons

      401k employer match does not vest unless you work there for 5 years.
