Pros

GS&P is a large firm, that sometimes allowed for big budget items. Printing was always good with the contracted printer. IT was always helpful. Any computer program you'd need as a marketing professional was readily available. You may not get trained to use it, but it's there.

Cons

"A bad manager can take a good staff and destroy it, causing the best employees to flee and the remainder to lose all motivation" I saw the above quote online. It perfectly describes the atmosphere of this tumultuous marketing department. The group is led by a narcissistic woman with zero managerial experience. GS&P failed to adhere to the standards put in place by sane individuals with knowledge and experience, thus the marketing department is disheveled and failing. Consists of 95% white women, who were hired to say yes to the old white men that work in other departments. If you are looking to work as a marketing coordinator, designer or pursuit manager... RUN. Run far away.
