No career development opportunities. After 10+ years of employment at senior level: no raise, no promotion. Career opportunities better if you are on the "inside" with Corporate office in Nashville. This is an Accounting firm: only the bottom line matters. No culture of creativity, innovation. Totally risk-intolerant. Will never be able to compete with national-level design firms. Will never be able to attract top-tier design professionals. Lack of respect and transparency. Disappointing career path choice. Wish I could say I am proud of working here, but it is sadly not the case. Looking to move on.
