Pros
- Training programs have been put in place to allow better career growth for most employees, with very positive advocates to ensure its success. - Some managers and leaders seem to genuinely care and are invested in the success of not only their group, but also their employees. - The Employee Advocates for some groups are fantastic, and really focused on the employee and the best way to help them.
Cons
- Lack of transparency from some leaders, which creates mistrust and a negative culture in some groups. - Lack of accountability from more tenured employees with no consequences. - Some employees still hold a very "good old boys club" mindset when dealing with coworkers, which even when reported was not resolved or any action taken. - A LOT of lip service in certain markets and never any action. If action was taken by an employee, it reflected negatively on them. - Employee Advocates in some groups were more focused on advocating for their leader or director and not the employee, regardless of what the employee brought to their attention or had concerns on. This created an extreme culture of distrust and negativity in certain groups.
