As the HR Manager for Gretchen Scott Designs for over two years now I have found it to be a fun, lots of laughs and productive work environment. I highly recommend the company to anyone who is willing to put in the time and enjoy the benefits of working here. Awesome company to work for with generous owners offering great benefits, 401K matching dollar for dollar, excellent pay and great vacation package. A convenient commute right off the Hutchinson Parkway and walking distance to the Metro train station. We work hard but LOVE to have fun… you never know when to expect a party, dance off, lunch or ice-cream! Lovely group of diverse women collaborating in all departments, who pride themselves on empowering each other.
