Pros
Some good people, but high turnover, especially with talented employees. Union employees are treated amazingly well and paid nicely, all other employees are a different story.
Cons
Completely inept management, the more you work the more get taken advantage of instead of rewarded. Outside of union employees, pay per position is grossly (15-20%) below industry standard. Cancerous work environment due to the lack of appreciation for hard work, raises and bonus are not even cost of living. Truly horrible work experience, do not let the Budweiser name fool you, if you have other options take them.
