Not very many other than you get to work in the beer industry and work alongside some nice people.

Cons

No Holiday pay. No reimbursement for using own car. Embarrassing hourly wage for industry.. Insanely greedy CEO. They will find every opportunity to cut corners when it comes to taking care of their employees. Treat the merchandising position as entry level, and use that as an excuse to not compensate for gas and to pay you the lowest wage when compared against other merchandising wages amongst competition. Overall its just an absolute evil concept and just screams penny pinching.
