Pros
The pay is decent and most of the positions are remote or hybrid.
Cons
The new CEO, Kai Boysen, does not foster a culture of communication and getting to know what an employee can bring to the organization. The restructure of the company has caused layoffs of so many knowledgeable and tenured employees. There is no communication on where the company is headed and Operations Employees are working 60 plus hours a week to keep the company moving.
