Pros
Strong commission structure, beautiful properties, and a generous employee discount.
Cons
The training program was inadequate and didn’t prepare staff for the realities of move-in days. Despite this, management often expected us to know information we were never taught. The workplace culture felt competitive in an unhealthy way, with frequent gossip and incomplete communication that made it easy for people to fail. Our manager was frequently unavailable due to outside commitments, yet would return and make decisions without full context, sometimes breaking procedures and creating additional issues for the team. Micromanagement was also a major problem, work would be redone or overridden even when it produced good results, which made it difficult to show your value to upper management. Overall, the environment felt very toxic and unsupportive.
