Pros
Supportive leadership makes the inevitable stress of the property management industry much more manageable. Great benefits are offered to employees including bonuses, rent discounts, paid time off, and health insurance.
Cons
Have attempted to enroll in the CAM class for 3 years in a row and each time it’s denied. It would be nice if Greystar would be willing to invest in their employees continued education without requiring the client (3rd party) to foot the bill. Also regularly have to work past close or on days off so work/life balance could use a bit of improvement.
