Pros
Employees are fairly compensated and given every opportunity to learn how to effectively do their job. There are lots openings and places to move up within the company.
Cons
At the end if the day, your valued on how much money you bring to the company rather than personal development. Way too much training to accomplish within a reasonable amount of time. Due to the size of the company, it's difficult to regulate the actions of those who are in supervisory roles. Many of those who are in those roles don't deserve to be and abuse their authority.
