Pros

Great Health Benefits along with Mental Health Benefits Most holidays off Work week can be flexible if I need to switch a day for a doctors appointment. That is however dependent on the supervisor. I only said I would refer a friend because everyone is different. I have people in my life who would enjoy it and some who would not.

Cons

Too large of a company making it feel impersonal. Everything feels political- it is hard to move up because you need to know someone to get there. Many co-workers but tiny office staff making it hard to take vacation days that we are expected to take. Hard to find coverage to fill vacation days because overtime is never permitted. I frequently come home with a workload or put in extra time not on the clock- not because I cannot prioritize my time- but because we can be understaffed.

Pros

Pay with housing discounts tend to be better than competition

Cons

Severe negatives if you plan on taking any type of leave of absence. While they are required to allow the leave, (my experience) has been that if retaliatory since it adds additional work load to those in your group (your boss). I’ve experienced this personally, and have seen it with other managers in my group. You will start to receive write ups that you never had before, micro managed, and/or fired after such things. I went from discussing promotions before my leave started to becoming ineligible for rehire after taking state protected LOA.
