      Pros

      - One of the highest-paying employers in Krakow - Office is nice, little gym, table tennis and sweets in the kitchen - Good equipment: MacBooks, monitors and stuff - Possibility to go to the US on L1 visa, but not for everyone

      Cons

      - Predominately Russian company. Mentality is what you may expect. In Krakow office, 80 percent are Russian. Polish guys seem to flee the ship - Management is close to non-existent. The outsourcing at its worst. - Grade system. To gain a higher level you have to collect a set of skills and points and be a good boy in general. Maybe it does work, but feels like a kindergarten

      Pros

      Grid Dynamics was a FANTASTIC place to work. They essentially function as a resource management company where you will be contracted out to their customer for different projects. It allows for a wide variety of different opportunities.

      Cons

      The only downside of Grid Dynamics is that you are tied to the viability of the different contracts. While Grid makes every effort to keep you with the company between contracts, if there aren't any contracts with openings then you will be released. However, Grid has a concept of putting people on a "bench" where you get paid while you wait for a new role in a contract.
