Layoffs Without Compensation: One of the most disheartening aspects of this company is the way they handle layoffs. Employees can be let go without any severance or compensation, leaving individuals in difficult financial situations with little warning. Lack of Appreciation for Loyalty: Long-term, loyal employees are not valued at this company. There is little to no recognition or reward for those who dedicate years of service. It feels as though employee contributions are overlooked in favor of short-term profits. No Bonuses or Raises: Despite hard work and dedication, there are no annual bonuses or salary increases, which is extremely demotivating. It’s difficult to grow professionally and feel secure when financial incentives and career progression are essentially non-existent.

Pros

Grid Dynamics was a FANTASTIC place to work. They essentially function as a resource management company where you will be contracted out to their customer for different projects. It allows for a wide variety of different opportunities.

Cons

The only downside of Grid Dynamics is that you are tied to the viability of the different contracts. While Grid makes every effort to keep you with the company between contracts, if there aren't any contracts with openings then you will be released. However, Grid has a concept of putting people on a "bench" where you get paid while you wait for a new role in a contract.
