Never join this company. Grid Dynamics doesn’t value its employees—it values the margins it can make off them. Employees there are contractors-for-sale, resources to be marked up and sold to clients for a profit. The company talks about growth and recognition, but even if you get promoted internally, don’t expect a real raise, the client won’t pay more for a contractor, your title might change, your responsibilities will grow, but your paycheck won’t. Loyalty means nothing here. You can be a high performer for years, and still find yourself laid off when it suits the bottom line. Grid Dynamics? More like Greed Dynamics. That would at least be honest about the company’s real values.
