Pros
Decent pay, only need a high school diploma and can climb to middle management, on the job training, not difficult work.
Cons
Work every holiday. Work weekends. Very early or late shifts. Stressful job. Really crummy. Donors get angry, every error is major because it's such a finely scrutinized business by regulatory agencies. Not good work-life balance.
