      Room for growth and fabulous benefits. Lots of long-term employees and loyalty runs deep and is rewarded

      Cons

      Politics are insane. Feel like they are a bit lost strategically and it is difficult to stay on track. The division I was in re-organized every year and it was impossible to get anything done
