Pros
Health Benefits, newer facilities, and a company that creates a product that saves lives daily while using human blood plasma.
Cons
Understaffed, Head count is always a topic, but is never addressed in the areas needed. Underpaid for the market and quality of employees they have. Quality, lint time employees leave due to not being paid their value. No opportunity for advancement, and direct management has too much control over Merit increases. Management is allowed to speak negatively to employees and nothing is done about it, the employee never has a voice or entitled to an opinion. They place non performing managers in roles they don’t deserve when they can’t perform in other areas instead of cutting the ties.
