Pros
Inept leaders enable poor performers. Very lenient with employees who come to work to spend half their time or more in their cubicles on their personal cellphones. Favoritism within employees who were brought over to Grifols through the acquisition. Toxic culture because of ongoing favoritism.
Cons
Inept leaders in quality department. 90% of leadership has zero technical or scientific knowledge, which is scary when they are running the show. And if management is bad, then there really isn't much to say...self explanatory. This company offers jobs not careers.
