Pros
Overall I appreciate Grifols for hiring me. I thought it was a decent place to work with good work life balance, and not too demanding work. I can't say that for all departments though. Some departments seemed like they had to work really hard, while others not so much. Really depends on your department and I was lucky in that regard.
Cons
Grifols senior management had a lot of turnover while we were there and lacked a clear direction. At one moment they would be extremely focused on one thing, then would suddenly decide its to costly or some other excuse and push the project back several years. This would happen pretty often...
