      Really great owners great potential if you can see the bigger pictue. It's a franchise so defiently a lot of penitential in having you own speacialy starting as a employee

      Cons

      Franchise so depending on the store they may or may not offer health insurance. Pay raises aren't for sure

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
