Zero standards. Poor management. Owners are terrible. No insurance. No hours. No vacation. No paid holidays.

Pros

Nearby, always had mandated breaks. Had a close friend death occur and recieved immediate time off and support from one manager.

Cons

Very little training given, minor mistakes at other companies equal write-ups here, inefficient retraining, and 2/3rds of upper management ignoring me and acting immature for my final week because I quit
