I love having the ability to innovate and empower my team to think outside the box as we strive to be the very best in the food retail space. Our culture of teamwork and personal accountability while we nurture our relationship with the Independent Owner/Operator is very special. We are a growth company and the pace is fast, and our executive leadership are best in class and very diverse.

Cons

As I said, we are a fast paced company and it can get tough to take time off during some periods, but the work is all around growth, so you need to be able to keep up.

1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
