      Pros

      It was better opening the store from everyone learning how to put product merchandised on the shelf. Educating employees of what grocery outlet is versus other stores and pricing. Tries to get employees involved and rewarding them for customer service.

      Cons

      I used to like coming into work, however management became untrustworthy , saying the total opposite to you face versus making false accusations. Talk and preach rotation however do not want their employees pulling off product that has expired. No consistency with other grocery clerks in product being merchandised .

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
