      Pros

      Employees are valued and the work schedules are flexible when you need them to be, which makes it a very positive work environment.

      Cons

      Sales will also determine on how the hours of work given, so some employees will have to work less than 40hours a week even if not desired. But that is something inevitable because the same would go for any work place.

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
