Pros

The owners/managers of my store were very nice, approachable, and flexible with me in regards to scheduling because I was a student. It was a great working environment.

Cons

At my store, the schedule changed every week so I never knew when I was going to have off. This made it difficult to plan things (apts, etc) unless you requested it in advance.

Employee will get good snacks

Cons

1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
