      Pros

      40 hours a week for full-timers. That's pretty much it there's no other benefits .

      Cons

      NO BENEFITS even though it says when you apply that you will. No holiday pay, if you work holidays it's regular pay no time and a half pay. No employee discounts. No sick pay. No vacation days. No guarantied hours, so you can close one day than have to open the next. No coverage so even managers have to cashier. Understaffed and over worked, be prepared to work in various departments throughout your shift.

      Employee will get good snacks

      Cons

      1.Poor BT leadership management - Toxic environment ,IT leadership members lacking key skills ( technical and leadership) 2.Employees demotivated or moral impacted on frequent leadership and internal changes 3. Business not value IT resources and work as team 4.HR needs to act independently without IT leadership influence while taking any kind of decisions 5. No work life balance 6. No motivation for hard working employees 7. No employee orientation or inclusion approach .
